Bar W Fence Co., LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured fencing company specializing in agricultural fencing solutions, including barbed wire, field fencing, and non-climb fencing. We are based out of Paso Robles but we serve clients as far north as Redding and as south as Santa Barbara and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing team!
What We Offer: - Competitive pay starting at: $22/hour for fence installers, $25/hour for Crew Leads. - Foreman position available starting at $30/hour, negotiable based on experience. - Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off! - Overtime opportunities available. - Remote work? No problem! We provide housing for jobs over 1.5 hours from our Creston shop, plus a daily untaxed per diem of $50.
Requirements: - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work. - Basic English skills (we’re willing to assist the right candidates). - Clean driving and criminal record. - Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly (heavy rolls of wire). - Comfortable hiking in steep terrain when necessary. - No prior fencing experience required; we’re happy to train motivated individuals! - Welding and equipment operation experience are a plus.
Positions Available:
1. fence installer: $22/hour 2. Crew Lead: $25/hour 3. Foreman: Starting at $30/hour (negotiable, with full benefits after 6 months and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year). All positions will begin with a 2-week trial period, followed by a 2-month review for potential raises.
