Position: Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor
Hours: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour (DOE) + Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be leading a dynamic team to ensure facilities are spotless and operating smoothly. You’ll travel to various locations across Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and occasionally as far as Paso Robles. This is an excellent chance for anyone looking for a professional, hands-on role that offers both leadership and flexibility!
What you need to succeed:
Own reliable transportation (no ride-sharing – you’ll be driving yourself)
Valid driver’s license and current insurance
Bilingual in Spanish and English (to communicate with team members, janitors, and the owner)
Ability to train, inspect, and lead a team
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
No previous experience? No problem! We’ll train you to be successful!
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and supervise cleaning teams at various locations
Deliver cleaning supplies as needed
Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met
Complete work orders using our easy-to-use app system
Manage callouts and ensure coverage for all shifts
Serve as the main point of contact for your team, communicating effectively and professionally
