Commercial maintenance company seeking a Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician you will perform tasks of great variety such as performing maintenance and repair of drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and minor rehabs to ensure commercial centers are always looking their best. We are looking for a solid candidate who has a well-rounded back ground in construction, carpentry and/or sheet rock installation. Experience with concrete work is a must.
Requirements and responsibilities:
-Perform preventative maintenance general repairs.
-The ability to write in English, as daily hand written reports are required.
-Having strong communication with colleagues and customers.
-A valid unrestricted Driver’s License, as you will be driving our company vehicles to and from your job sites.
-Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative on multiple tasks.
Schedule is Monday to Friday.
Accrual of PTO and 24 hours of sick time per year are available after 60 day probationary period.
