Commercial maintenance company seeking a Maintenance Technician with strength in Electrical work. As a Maintenance Technician you will perform tasks of great variety such as maintenance and repair of drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and minor rehabs to ensure commercial centers are always looking their best. We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing parking lot and building lights. Must be able to install lamps, ballasts, and lighting fixtures.
Requirements:.
-The ability to write in English, as daily hand written reports are required.
-Having strong communication with colleagues and customers.
-A valid unrestricted Driver’s License, as you will be driving our company vehicles to and from your job sites.
-Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative on multiple tasks.
Schedule is Monday to Friday.
Accrual of PTO and 24 hours of sick time per year are available after 60 day probationary period.
