Experienced Concrete Form Setter & Finisher Wanted
Responsibilities:
Constructing and assembling concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications
Ensuring proper alignment and stability of forms
Preparing and finishing concrete surfaces to achieve desired finishes
Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
Accurately locating and setting survey stakes
Collaborating with the construction team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a concrete form setter and finisher
Strong understanding of concrete principles mixing, pouring, and curing processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and survey stakes
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
