We provide high-end cleaning and sanitizing in SLO commercial offices/businesses so that thousands of people can come to work and have a smile on their face when they see their immaculately clean desk. As part of our leadership culture, we are forming a team of shift-leaders who undergo leadership training together so that we can continue on our growth path of success and expansion.
Strategy:
Our strategy revolves around a tight-knit group of 3 to 4 cleaners each night tackling around 8 office buildings. Using innovative techniques we deliver a standard that is unparalleled. Very little customer-facing interaction. Most shifts are after normal business hours. Regular Shifts include a combination of:
Monday evenings in SLO
Tuesdays evenings in SLO
Wednesday evenings in SLO
Thursdays evenings in SLO
Fridays evenings in SLO
Shift leaders need to work a minimum of two shifts per week. This is a good opportunity for high-caliber people & leaders who need an extra 10, 15, 20, or 30 hours per week and want to fill their evenings with something productive and rewarding.
Job offer is contingent upon passing a background check and DMV record check to ensure clean driving record.
Need to be able to commute to SLO regularly. Ideal if you live in Los Osos, Morro Bay, or SLO. Santa Maria and Paso Robles are too far away from our work.
Shift Leader Responsibilities:
Act as leader and person-in-charge on cleaning shifts
Drive Work Van between jobs for (4) carpooling team members.
Handle Keys, Alarms, and Securing of Commercial Buildings
Reading Work Assignments and Routes to Team Members
Executing on Daily Customer Notes & Reminders
Communicating back to CEO any pertinent information including client requests, equipment, supplies, etc.
Perform Inspections
Keeping Shifts on Pace/Time
Facilitating Rest Breaks and Lunch Breaks
Occasional Greeting and Connecting with customers that are still present after hours
Crisis Response - Navigating any unexpected incidents
All while simultaneoulsy doing 25% of the cleaning work
