Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in the construction process, assisting with various tasks to ensure the project is completed efficiently and effectively. This is an entry-level position that provides the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the construction industry. Responsibilities: - Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting materials. - Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including cleanup and maintenance. - Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies. - Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and jackhammers. - Participate in construction activities, including pouring concrete, setting forms, and laying pipes. - Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. - Collaborate with other laborers, contractors, and supervisors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or construction team. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks. - Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials. - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. - Reliable transportation to and from the work site. - Ability to work in extreme weather conditions. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction software. Skills: - Construction experience or relevant training. - Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. - Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints. - Proficiency with construction tools and equipment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with construction software and technology. - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
