Position Highlights:
- Competitive Monthly Compensation: $2500.00
- On-Site Living: Enjoy an upscale 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with included utility allowance (a $3500 value).
- Convenient Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site 9 am to 5 pm / Weekend availability by phone and occasional on-site support.
Diverse Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a positive, can-do attitude, embodying excellent customer service – your friendly demeanor makes a lasting impression!
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, promptly addressing issues to ensure a clean and safe environment for our valued guests.
- Conduct regular facility checks, implement preventative maintenance measures and maintain exterior grounds for an impeccable facility appearance.
- Efficiently manage maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory levels to address facility needs.
- Perform repairs on storage units, gates, and facility components, ensuring security and upkeep.
- Operate tools and equipment (such as pressure washer, sweepers, power mop, etc.) to keep our facility top-notch.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks and proficiency in using maintenance tools and power tools.
- Showcase strength – applicants must effortlessly lift 50lbs and be comfortable standing for a substantial part of the day.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Veterans are highly encouraged to apply – your skills and experiences are valued.
