General maintenance, light construction, painting storage units upon tenant move out, upkeep for all units and facility as needed. Cleaning as needed. Running errands, dump runs, landscape maintenance, personal assistant. Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize effectively. Must have valid Driver's License and insurance. Must be able to lift 50+lbs. Fluent in English. A sense of urgency and respect is mandatory. Must be punctual and reliable. Schedule is flexible and pay is negotiable. Maximum 20 hours/week.
Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and body work background a plus.
