Green Clean Machine is a new and local small business that is gaining a lot of traction and needs to hire some expert eco friendly business and residential cleaners soon! Exercise AND get paid?! Who doesn't love that
Traits of an excellent employee would be:
Knowledge of eco friendly non-toxic cleaning practices or willingness to learn, highly detailed, organized, fast and efficient, honest and trustworthy, exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills, highly reliable, punctual/on-time, able to lift up to 40 pounds, able to perform extensive physical labor up to 4 hours at a time, a reliable car for transportation, must be able to wear a mask, gloves, close toed shoes with coverings for the entirety of the cleaning service, must have an impeccable sense of sanitation practices, carpool with co-workers on the way to a job, most importantly a passion for compassion, kindness, empathy, helping people and caring for our beautiful planet.
Work part-time, Mon-Fri 15-25 hours/week at various locations from SLO to Lompoc. Depending on the jobs, we will coordinate each team member to the closest job to their home to the best of our ability. Full time positions potentially in the future when we're able to obtain more consistent organization/consultation jobs. Cleaning full time is too much of a physical burden on our bodies. It is very important to us that we provide the safest environment and practices for our team members, that is why we are only hiring part time cleaners.
Commission pay is based off of selling additional services to new or already existing clients who may require in home or business toxic product evaluations or organization/harmonization consultations services. Any tips that are given for a cleaning job will be divided between the team members that were working on that specific job that day. T-shirts with the company logo will be provided in the near future as well!
