Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Compensation: $4,091 - $4,974/month ($23.60 - $28.70/hour) commensurate with experience within this range.

Under the general direction of the Maintenance Manager; performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the repair, alteration, painting and maintenance of Authority owned and managed properties.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintenance and repair; committed to the mission of affordable housing; pay close attention to detail; possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; and thrive in a high paced team environment.
