Must possess these skills:
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2-4 years.
Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance techniques, irrigation systems.
Possess and utilize good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees and management.
Ability to effectively manage budgets and schedules. Problem solve, Troubleshoot, Make Shit happen!
English speaking a must! Bi-lingual in Spanish-English a plus, but not necessary.
Ability to work outdoors in various outdoor environments and weather for 8 hours daily without a cell phone in hand.
Exposure to dust, pollen, noise and pollutants related to the landscape industry (fertilizer, pesticide, etc.).
Ability to lift 50 lbs. General knowledge of small and medium landscape equipment.
Possess a valid California drivers' license with a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
