LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE -
Property management company seeking an experienced landscaping maintenance person for a manufactured housing community in Arroyo Grande. We are seeking an energetic, responsible individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a experience in landscaping.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding
Trimming of bushes
Irrigation repairs
Cleaning trash disposal areas and grounds
Cleaning the facilities (clubhouses and laundry)
Pool Maintenance
Minor repairs to rental units
Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in landscape maintenance
Familiarity with tools in landscaping tasks
Knowledge of lawn care practices
Experience in janitorial and/or pool care a plus
Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
Attention to detail.
Seeking a reliable, friendly individual that can work well with others and independently. Clean DMV.
Full time position. Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm. Paid vacation, sick days, and health insurance benefits after 90 days.
