We are one of the largest multi-family and mixed use property management companies on the central coast, and we are looking for a full time employee to assist with all phases of property and landscape maintenance. Z Villages manages hundreds of units in Northern San Luis Obispo County. We are also one of the biggest developers on the Central Coast, with 5 projects in various stages of development.
The ideal candidate needs no prior experience and will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of apartment maintenance, such as landscape maintenance, painting, and plumbing, while also being exposed to to real estate management, development, and construction.
Candidate must be able to work off a ladder.
We are looking for someone who is looking to become a member of a team and has a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge with an established and local employer. This is a long term and permanent position for the right candidate.
The candidate must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
