The Paso Robles Housing Authority (PRHA) is offering a Maintenance Technician III position to perform a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and janitorial duties that include safety, preventative, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance at apartment complexes owned and managed by PRHA.
The main duties of the Maintenance Technician III position will be to participate in all aspects of exterior and interior building maintenance, repair, and unit preparation; typical tasks involve, but are not limited to: plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, stucco, electrical, appliance repair, and other typical housing repairs and maintenance including grounds and common areas.
The position is offered at 40 hours/week and a salary of $26-28/hour DOE and includes additional employee benefits.
