Los Robles Mobile Home Estates has an opening for a responsible, hardworking, experienced property maintenance worker for an all age mobile home park.
The position is full time, Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off and holiday pay.
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
Overall Maintenance of the Park, which includes the clubhouse, pool, game room, laundry room, restrooms, park, car wash and other common areas.
Landscaping of the Park entrance and other common areas
Janitorial cleaning of the clubhouse, restrooms and other facilities
Inspection of mobile home sites, utility pedestals, gas meters and regulators
Maintenance and cleaning of golf cart
Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 60 pounds (bag of concrete)
