Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong front desk and guest services skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk during the night shift, handling guest arrivals, departures, and any issues that may arise. - Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records. - Respond to guest inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure guest satisfaction. - Perform night audits, verifying that all hotel operations are in order and that all financial transactions are accurate. - Monitor hotel security and perform regular checks of the premises. - Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management, providing updates on any issues or concerns. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and handle phone calls and messages in a professional manner. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. - Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and customer service. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Prior experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is essential. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. - Ability to work independently during the night shift. - Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, including bilingual or multilingual capabilities. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Experience with hotel management software and systems is beneficial. - Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as needed. - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
