Responsibilities:
Efficiently stock ordered parts in designated areas and maintain inventory integrity.
Collaborate with the Parts Manager to enhance showroom displays by delivering inventory promptly.
Ensure accurate receipt and verification of parts shipments.
Monitor inventory shortages and expedite processing by providing timely reports to the Parts Manager.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the parts department.
Support service technicians by supplying required parts.
Fulfill online orders promptly and ensure placement in the designated area.
Assist in developing and implementing barcoding procedures for vendor parts.
Contribute to perpetual physical inventory efforts for all parts.
Provide assistance to the parts team with overflow phone calls and other tasks as directed by the Parts Manager.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
Proficiency in basic data entry and keyboarding.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Capability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Forklift license preferred.
