Essential Skills Required:
· Charging the appropriate material amounts by following batch sheet recipes to produce specific customer orders
· Fill out paperwork properly and thoroughly with proper notation of lot numbers and products
· Pull batch samples for the lab and add required material additions as directed
· Clean bulk tankers, blending vessels, and equipment
· Follow manufacturing procedures and follow and fill out Standard Operating Procedures
· Properly handle hazardous chemicals and disposal of chemicals in appropriate
· Locations
· Unload bulk tankers to storage tanks, totes, or drum
Must be able to meet physical requirements including: ability to lift up
to 55 lbs., working around hazardous chemicals, wearing all required personal protective equipment,
completing physically demanding work that requires lifting, kneeling and twisting.
Must be physically capable of wearing all required personal protective equipment for all areas of the plant; including respirator, chemical suites/aprons, goggles/safety glasses, hard hats, steel toe
shoes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
knowledge and understanding of industrial plant safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge or reactors, valves, mixers,
pumps, and filters
Must be able to read and take tests.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days and nights
