Pump Installation Technician

Help our team bring water out of the ground. How cool is that? Interact with established (and growing) customer base who rely on us to keep them in water. Where else do you get paid to play with electricity and water?
Who should apply? People looking to perform meaningful work. Typically outdoors. Sometimes physically demanding (it can be hard). A get the job done mindset, even if it means working a little late. Attention to detail and ability to do things right the first time. Problem solving skills and ability to see how pieces work together will help you succeed. Ability to show up and figure out how to get the job done to solve the customer’s problem.
Must haves: Valid and clean driving record. Show up on time. Every day. Can pass a drug test (this includes marijuana).
Nice to haves: Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and pull trailers. Experience with well pumps obviously a plus, but any experience with electrical and plumbing will help. Good penmanship a welcome ability.
Who should not apply: People on drugs. People willing to settle for “good enough.” People who already know everything. Lazy people need not apply. Whiners and complainers can save their time (and ours). If you don’t want to get dirty, this probably isn’t for you.
