Located in Grover Beach, Axiom 360 is a Roofing and Solar company looking for a roofer to bring their skills and knowledge to one of the fastest growing, independently owned company on the Central Coast.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license - work truck and tools provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
Minimum 1 year experience in roofing industry. Be confident in interacting with customers and be presentable.
Bilingual in Spanish (not required but nice to have)
Responsibilities - Roof Installation and Repair:
Install, repair, or replace roofing systems as per project requirements.
Work with various roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing.
Inspection and Assessment:
Safety Compliance & Documentation:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.
Ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
Collaboration & Problem Solving:
Coordinate with other team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems, proposing effective solutions.
Time Management:
Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and installation techniques.
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience
