We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.

Must have Flexible Schedule (graveyard shifts)
Responsibilities
Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
Assist in the prevention of theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities through effective loss prevention strategies.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches for management review.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing necessary information to assist in investigations.
Skills
Proficient in surveillance techniques and use of security equipment, including CCTV systems.
Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
Ability to remain alert and observant at all times while on duty.
