We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to take on a Yard Hand/Delivery Driver role for a successful, family-owned farm & agriculture industry supplier/distributor. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including hands-on heavy labor, receiving/moving/loading/organizing agriculture products, operating equipment, using apps & technology, making client deliveries, and pitching in with other ranch maintenance tasks and chores as directed by ownership. We need someone who can work independently, stay motivated, and complete tasks without constant direction. Responsibilities:
Assist with general yard tasks such as clean-up, moving materials, and lubricating equipment
Operate various equipment to move, load, and unload products
Safely drive and deliver loads to local locations
Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order
Qualifications:
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, loaders, or similar machinery
Ability to use apps for navigation and communication
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Must be able to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Prior work experience in agriculture, farm supply, ranching and/or farm labor is a strong plus
Pay: $25/hr
