The job of Invoice Clerk/Receptionist involves the creation of invoices from sales orders thru NetSuite, fulfilling sales orders, processing payments, data entry, answering phones and directing calls, stocking/organizing office supplies. It is necessary for this person to be self motivated and able to work unsupervised.
L. R. Baggs Corporation is seeking a full-time TEMPORARY Invoicing Clerk/Receptionist. This is a TEMPORARY position, expecting to begin on or around 6/15 to 7/15, and expecting to last approximately 7 months. This position may end sooner or last longer than the estimated time period.
