McGuire Grinding INC is seeking motivated individuals to fill full-time positions in our metal fabrication facility. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with basic shop tools and equipment
- An organized team player who can manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
- Experience with heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
- Willingness to accept training and work overtime when necessary
- A valid California Driver’s License is essential

Compensation and Benefits:
- This full-time hourly position offers competitive wages, ranging from $18 to $20+ per hour, based on your experience.
