This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 7:00-4:30. Some weekend work is required during busy seasons.

You must like to coach - People operate the machinery, and getting somebody to try something your way requires trust and cooperation.
You must like to improve - Looking for ways to become a little better each day is a must.
You can communicate in English and in Spanish - We have some Spanish speaking only team members. Being bilingual is a definite advantage.

J.Carroll is the leading Screen Printing and Embroidery company on the Central Coast. We are a close knit company with 25 team members. We've been in business since 1994, and have produced over five million t-shirts for all kinds of businesses and organizations. We rely on repeat business, so doing right by our customers is job number one.
We like to say that we are two companies in one. Up front, we are a service company. In back, we are a production company. The Screen Printing Production Manager works with both sides of the business in order to give our customers what they are expecting, when they are expecting it.
Why are we hiring
Our long time Production Manager is moving on. We have typically hired our managers from within, but would like to fill his shoes with someone with fresh energy and an outside perspective.
Experience specific to Screen Printing is not a must, but a desire to work in a production environment is.
