Seeking qualified candidate for a Full-Time position to assist in all functions of the day to day program needs of foster youth boys between the ages of 12-17. This is a residential setting for youth and job duties include but are not limited to: Waking up residents, checking their rooms every 15 minutes, etc. Must be able and willing to work holidays, when needed.
Must have a positive attitude, be a team player and flexible. Candidate must have a clean DMV record, be over the age of 21, and have at least one full year of working with youth (volunteer or employment).
Only serious, qualified candidates will be considered. The hourly pay will be determined based on experience. After completing the probationary period, benefits as well as a simple IRA is offered.
