SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills, an articulate communicator, a good listener and able to plan and prioritize workload with competing priorities. Proficiency in Office 365 products, Adobe, Quickbooks and able to quickly learn new programs. Experience working in a paperless office. Familiarity with income tax laws and accounting terminology a plus.
DUTIES:
Daily Operations: Administrative support for front and back office including project management, customer service, answering phones, responding to emails and texts, handling incoming requests and general bookkeeping. Handling confidential and sensitive financial information. Supports accounting, tax and payroll staff by collecting information from clients. Supports accounting and tax staff by preparing documents for processing and packaging completed projects for return to clients.
