We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Administrative / Receptionist to join our accounting and tax preparation professional team. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker, capable of handling various administrative duties efficiently and effectively.

Must be bilingual - English / Spanish

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist client in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Input data, maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Scan, prepare and process documents, including memos, reports, and deliverables

Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00pm
