Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer phones, emails and schedule appointments.
Dispatch plumber to their scheduled jobs.
Receive payments and make deposits in QuickBooks.
Basic filing.
Input invoices in QuickBooks.
General knowledge of plumbing/construction is best but willing to train.
General knowledge of Excel is best but willing to train.
Prepare timesheets for payroll.
Light cleaning of the office.
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brands.
Follows and encourages the company core values.
All other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Associate degree preferred but not required.
Tech savvy & proficient in using Google Docs & Service Titan.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
General knowledge of licensed home service businesses.
