Small family run electrical company in Cambria is seeking reliable office help. Experience in the electrical or construction field is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Answering phones and scheduling jobs
Assisting with invoices,estimates, and job tracking
Payroll
Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card transactions, paying bills and tracking expenses
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic accounting/ bookkeeping
Basic computer and office skills (Word, Excel, email, QUICKBOOKS)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable, professional and honest.
