OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF -
Came Security Alarms is a Morro Bay based Burglar and Fire Alarm company. We are seeking an energetic person that would appreciate a high energy environment and working with a great team. You would need to be comfortable on the phone as well as with computer work. Some construction knowledge would be helpful, but not required. This would be a long term position. This position does have the potential to grow into full time if desired.
You would assist existing staff with maintaining files and databases. Experience with Excel and Word would be preferred, but will train if necessary. This position would also be involved in billing and accounts receivable so we would like you to have some exposure to Quickbooks. Providing phone support along with customer service would be expected. Helping to maintain the office appearance and coordinating services would be part of this position.
The job would involve preparing files, answering the phone, file management, and general office help. You would provide in-office support for our field technicians, tracking their time and assisting with product that needs to be returned for repair.
You should be detail oriented, punctual, have a clean DMV record and be able to pass a DOJ security clearance.
We are a fast paced service company and would want you to be someone who learns quickly. We are small but our staff works very closely with one another, allowing for cross training.
We are looking for a long term addition to our company and promise this is great environment to work in. Living locally is a plus.
