Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant/bookkeeper with good people skills who is also organized, and trustworthy.
Position will include light bookkeeping, reconcile credit card statements, collecting credit card receipts, answering phones, assisting walk-in clients/vendors, and other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
Minimum 2 years Bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience with MS Word and Excel
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8-12PM / 20 HRS
Pay: $18-20/HR DOE
