Parts Clerk (Part-Time)
United Staffing is hiring a Part Clerk for a busy store. Under the direction of the Manager, the Parts Clerk will be responsible for tracking purchase orders and completing data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy data entry.
- Creating purchase orders according to the yard manager.
- Ordering replacement parts for damaged items by contacting the manufacturer.
- Tracking ETA's of orders.
- Archiving customer acknowledgement forms.
- Processing invoices and entering into database.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be familiar with computers.
- Reliable and organized.
Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hour
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day
