Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I own a property management business and recently welcomed a new baby (just 4 weeks old!), so I’m looking for a part-time assistant to help remotely with routine office tasks.
While our business operates primarily in the Portland/Vancouver area, I work remotely. Training would likely take place in Atascadero or SLO at a local coffee shop. Once trained, the position will be fully remote.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, a strong problem solver, and self-motivated. This role has the potential to grow into more responsibility over time—and ideally, we’d love to find someone who could eventually take on a larger role in the business.
You must be comfortable with computers, capable of multitasking, and have strong communication skills. An interest in real estate ownership or passive income is a bonus—this role offers a great introduction to the world of property management and passive income.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
