Compensation: Competitive pay + Leasing bonuses + Quarterly performance bonuses
Reports To: Community Manager, Multi-Site Community Manager, Area Support Community Manager, or Senior Community Manager
About the Role:
Red Tail Residential is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at a stunning Class A luxury property in Paso Robles. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about real estate, customer service, and sales. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find their next home while representing the high standards of our community.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Conduct leasing tours and assist with move-ins and move-outs
Process applications, renewals, maintenance requests, and rent collections
Maintain accurate records and resident files
Assist with marketing efforts and conduct market surveys
Ensure units meet company standards before scheduled move-ins
Address and escalate resident concerns as needed
Support general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or leasing preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi, Entrata, or other property management software is a plus
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred
Schedule & Work Environment:
Tuesday through Saturday schedule (with occasional evening, holiday, or weekend hours as needed)
This position involves a combination of office and property touring responsibilities
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally climb stairs
