Cambria Bicycle Outfitter, Cambriabike.com, is hiring for the Customer Service Representative position.
The Customer Service Representative will possess exceptional customer service skills, outstanding communication talent, a strong work ethic, and is detail-oriented. This position is responsible for responding, and reaching out, to consumers through phone, chat, and email channels. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide outstanding phone, email & chat-based consumer support.
Entering Consumer orders.
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues with Consumer orders.
Respond professionally and in a timely manner to inquiries.
Multitask between software systems, problem resolution, consumer inquiries, and multiple internal departments.
Perform preliminary analysis on complex cases and resolve, or transfer to the appropriate resource for resolution.
Provide structured and organized feedback to Management as this position represents the voice of the consumer.
Complete other duties as assigned by your manager.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
