Friendly, detail-oriented and organized team member sought for part-time staff role in the Friends of the Elephant Seal Visitor Center.
Duties include welcoming visitors, retail sales, data entry, online order processing and inventory. Retail experience, computer proficiency, and customer service skills required. We will provide training on the northern elephant seal, other marine mammals and local marine life, and the natural and cultural resources of the area.
This part-time position involves 3-4 days a week from 9:30 AM-4:00 PM including regularly scheduled shifts on weekends and holidays. Daily shift times may be adjusted for staffing needs. Pay is $18.50 - $20.00+ an hour, DOE.
