Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to our team. Cole CDJR is a family-owned business that has been in business for over 75 years. We offer the best hours and pay plan in SLO! This position is full-time, 5 days a week, and offers full benefits. The parts advisor is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, ordering, and obtaining the correct automotive parts and accessories. An experienced parts advisor should expect to earn $56,000- $120,000 a year, based on an hourly wage and a sales commission bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers (in person and over the phone) in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer and technician needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories
Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and availability information
Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims promptly and accurately
Maintain parts inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Track special orders and follow up with customers as needed
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly
- Previous Automotive parts sales experience (Preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
