As the solar market cools in early 2026, we are expanding our roofing division to meet increasing local demand for re-roofs, roof repairs, and general contractor partnerships. We’re looking for a proven Sales Manager to lead and scale our roofing sales operation into its next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Manager who thrives on building and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Axiom 360’s roofing sales pipeline—focusing on realtor networks, general contractor relationships, and local homeowner outreach.
You’ll manage two existing sales representatives (one local, one remote) and work closely with our Operations team to ensure our clients receive excellent service from quote to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead: Manage and expand the sales team with a performance-driven culture.
Business Development: Establish strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and real estate professionals to generate steady referral streams.
Sales Strategy: Design and execute outreach campaigns, including realtor inspection partnerships and targeted door-to-door or neighborhood canvassing efforts.
Performance Management: Manage existing KPIs trackng, track conversion rates, and report on lead generation, close ratios, and revenue goals.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Roofing Installation teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
Local Market Growth: Identify, capture, and expand roofing opportunities across the Central Coast region (residential and light commercial).
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of sales management experience (preferably in roofing, construction, or related trades).
Proven success leading and motivating field and inside sales teams.
Strong understanding of the residential roofing market, including sales cycles and homeowner concerns.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to create and refine sales processes for scalable growth.
Driven by results—comfortable with metrics, accountability, and high expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000
Performance Incentives: Commission and bonuses bringing total potential earnings to $130,000+
