JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Managers are the key part of Voler's custom sales team. They are responsible for managing the relationship for new and existing customers, by taking orders, explaining procedures, assisting with product selection, and selling Voler's various custom programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting custom order coordinators program and product selection via phone and email
- Review the voler.com website and other collateral for accuracy and provide recommendations that would make the customer experience exceptional
Ordering Process
- Accurately create the proper customer and order records in our systems
- Verify the accuracy of each order by double checking it and getting customer approval
- Verify order financials and shipping details prior to an order's invoice being generated
- Assist the customer with deadlines relating to orders, art, and sizing samples
Customer Service
- Present new season garments, pricing, and sponsorship programs to new and existing customers
- Provide amazing customer service by doing an excellent job communicating and following up with any potential snags in the ordering process
- Follow up with customers before and after their order has shipped to verify order accuracy and make sure customer was satisfied with the process
Sales
- Maintain an organized list of existing customers and prospects and with up to date account notes
- Attend weekly sales meetings with questions and ideas that will help you and the rest of the sales team be successful
