Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic and motivated SDR with a proven track
record.
Qualifications: 2 years’ sales experience / must provide 2 references. Ability to build
rapport, negotiate effectively while identifying customer pain points and align solutions.
Must be a good listener, coachable and have engaging phone skills. Able to bounce
back from setbacks and continue pursuing opportunities with tenacity.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday (with a half hour meal break) at the office in
Morro Bay, CA.
Pay: 50K annual base pay with a commission quota structure designed for an additional
40K annually (90K annual total). This position can easily exceed 100K annually with a
successful candidate.
