Position: Commission-Only Sales Representative

Our method involves door knocking paired with a seasoned closer, ensuring a win-win scenario for everyone involved. What to Expect:
- Door Knocking: This role involves door knocking, which can be challenging but highly rewarding. I had no prior door-to-door experience and earned over six figures in my first year.
In this growing market , homeowners are increasingly open to switching to solar energy, and we need dedicated individuals to help them make the transition.
- Commission Structure: Earn up to 50% commission on each installed appointment, potentially ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 per install. Additionally, we pay $100 per appointment you set up, regardless of whether it closes, with extra cash bonuses for closed deals for the first 14 days.

- Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings at our Grover Beach office 3 days a week.
- Field Work: Engage in setting or closing appointments 5-6 days a week.
