Glunz Family Winery is looking to expand our hospitality team. If you have a passion for wine and are interested in sharing that with others, we’d love to hear from you. General expectations for our Hospitality Associate's include but are not limited to: superior skills in customer service, the ability to remain focused and calm in a fast-paced environment, the desire to learn about our wines and relay that to our guests upon each visit, being team-oriented, and representing our brand to the best of your ability by remaining positive and professional at all times.
Other preferred qualifications include:
● Basic wine knowledge
● Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
● Physically able to squat, bend, lift, and walk multiple times per shift
● Ability to stand for 5-6 hours at a time
● Available on weekends and some holidays
