DSC is seeking an Instructor for our Paso Robles campus who have the ability to motivate and excite our students while providing the confidence to take and pass the State Board Exam.
The Instructor duties include:
Excellent technical skills, such as color formulation and hair cutting.
Ability to lecture to groups of students on technical subjects such as anatomy, chemistry and color theory.
Monitor student activities and physical facilities for compliance
Direct the activity of the receptionist and student on the assignment of clients
Involved with staff assignments, curriculum development, student problems, product, and other matters
Get students EXCITED!
Minimum 3 years Salon experience. Having experience instructing and managing a school floor or salon preferred.
