The Protect Room at SLO Skin Studio is available part-time for independent wellness professionals looking for a part-time or full-time rental in a professional, established environment. Quiet services are preferred. This is an already furnished room in a well established skincare studio. High opportunity for visibility and client cross referrals.

Access to a shared kitchenette for disinfecting
Staff lounge
Client refreshments
Booking/POS system and online booking visibility (optional with an additional fee)
Ability to sell retail from Face Reality Skincare, Colorescience, and Lira Clinical
Commission offered on retail sales over $500/month
Details:
$1180-$1900 a month depending on days used, services offers and equipment used
Available 3-5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday)
Ideal for licensed estheticians, massage therapists, aesthetic injectors, acupuncturists, or the like.
Requirements:
Current License for your profession
Active Professional Liability Insurance
Valid Business License
Must be respectful of other renters sharing the space and keep the room clean and tidy after each use
