Get in with a fast-growing company with a ton of potential! We are an established Window and Glass shop with an e-commerce sister company that sells windows online.
The primary duties of this position will be to support the IT of both companies, as well as customer service and sales for the e-commerce company.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has an interest in phone sales, customer service, as well as technology and an strong understanding of general IT.
This position will consist of about 75% customer support/sales and 25% IT support.
Duties:
Support both companies with general IT
Assist with managing quotes, orders, deliveries and logistics
Learn Milgard Windows & Doors product knowledge
Assist customers with technical information about windows as well as sales via email and phone
Learn, and then train employees on internal programs
This position will consist of a large amount of fielding phone calls
Skills and Requirements:
Strong understanding of technology, ability to troubleshoot general IT issues, and a strong ability to learn
new computer programs to the point where you can quickly train others
This industry has a steep learning curve, and will require someone who is truly driven to learn the product and industry knowledge. An interest in building products or construction is mandatory. Experience with building products or construction is a plus, but not mandatory.
Typing 60 wpm

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
