The Rugged Radios Tech Service Department Manager is responsible for the overall operations of our service department. The focus of this position is leading a team of dedicated technicians tasked with providing a high level of customer service, and product support. The ideal candidate must be a positive and a motivated leader who is experienced in training, and mentoring staff, as well as being fully capable of ensuring the efficiency of technical operations.

Requirements
Mechanically inclined
Off-road enthusiast a plus
Experience using two-way radios desirable
Technical knowledge / experience
Excellent communication skills
Supervisory experience in a team environment
Strong focus on quality assurance and time management
Be adaptable with new tasks in a high paced environment
Be able to occasionally travel with our event teams providing technical support
Managing in-house projects from start to finish
Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suites, and QuickBooks
Maintain a positive attitude; be adaptable, and dependable.
