Looking for carpenters on all levels who can work in team setting and independently.
MUST CARE ABOUT THE WORK QUALITY! regardless of existing skill set.
Master carpenters - Must have set of professional tools and transportation. Read plans, coordinate sub contractors, problem solve, communicate with clients and designers. Work well with other carpenters / laborers. Our work is custom residential remodel. Scope includes concrete, framing, floor prep and install, windows and doors, trim, misc specialty items (vent hoods and ducting, fireplace work etc) $35 - $37 hr
Apprentice - Desire to improve carpentry skills, collection of tools and be able to take direction from lead carpenters. $22- $25 hr
Laborer - Understanding that you start at the bottom and work your way up. Hard worker that understands how to protect the job site. $20- $22 hr
Journeyman - Developed skills and advanced tool collection, be able to take lead on various levels of construction activity. - $25 - $30

Tools , experience , truck - clean and solid work ethic. We will run background check - must have clean DMV record.
