Responsibilities:
Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks for custom home builds and remodels.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and building codes.
Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets the standards of custom home construction.
Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry and residential construction.
Knowledge of building codes and best construction practices.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Must provide own work truck and tools of the trade.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
Pay Rate:
$33 - $45/hour, depending on skills and experience.
